GOALS FOR 2010



My Goals for the upcoming Year.






  • Clean up my diet, by reducing sugar and wheat intake

  • Compete in this year's upcoming MOMAR race

  • Compete in my First Mtn Bike race this March.

  • Meditate

  • Spend more time with LOLA.

  • Enjoy Life
